Instructions for Presenting Authors

Talks

The talks at iWOE-30 are either Invited (20 + 5 min) or Contributed talks (12 + 3 min). Due to the large number of presentations, we request you to upload your presentation in advance to the presentation computer (pptx or pdf). Please be in the lecture hall at least 20 minutes before your session with your talk on a USB-stick or with your computer for a technical check.

Posters

The preferred poster size is A0 portrait orientation (841 mm [width] x 1189 mm [height]). You can pin your poster starting in the morning of your session day (see the abstract booklet for the order / numbering). Please remove the poster after your poster session.
